Constitution Center Plaza East Café
Hours of Operations are as follows: Breakfast 7:30am-10:30am; Lunch 11:30am - 2pm on Mondays - Fridays. Online Ordering is also available for select items. Cash and electronic payment will be accepted (credit, debit, mobile pay).
